“Alex and I were working under the man's honor system. Alex took this opportunity and took things to another level. I have worked with many professionals, but no one impressed me more than Alex. Not to mention that the whole thing was done only by using phone, text, and emails. Although the third agent was great, but couldn't compete with Alex's speed. Alex was punctual, professional, and honest. But, what stood out from the rest is that he kept his words every time. He did exactly what he said. He called when he said he would, he texted when he said he would, and he emailed when he said he would, and contacted his team members when he said he would. I let him even choose my lawyer because I trusted what he was doing. There were some issues with the lawyer, but everything went well just like what Alex promised. The communication was extremely direct to the point and didn't miss a beat. He said what he meant, and didn't beat around the bush like some people. I signed to contact him and he sold the house within 10 days. What more can I say??? Although the sold price for the house was lower than what I wanted, but having bad tenants didn't make things any more attractive to potential buyers anyway. To sum up all the experiences I had with Alex, I can only say that he is a GOAT in real estate sales!!! When I need to do anything real estate, he is my go to guy in NY!!!
